Original Artwork:  Original artwork is offered on a first come first served basis at the pricing outlined in the website Gallery.  To purchase an original work, please review the instructions under Check or Money Order below.

Reproductions: All reproductions are offered at 1/2 the Original Artwork price outlined in the website Gallery.  To purchase a reproduction, please follow the instructions under Check or Money Order below.  In your e-mail, please specify the name of the artwork and your desire to purchase a reproduction.

Custom Artwork:  Custom artwork can be created for a fee of $250.00 per painting.  All Custom artwork will be created on 16 x 20 canvas.  To order custom artwork, send an e-mail following the directions in Check or Money Order below indicating "Custom Artwork".  Be sure to also attach a digital picture of the work to be created.  All digital pictures should be submitted in JPEG format.

Check or Money Order:  To purchase a painting by check or money order please send an e-mail to jamorosano@jada-art.com.  In your e-mail, please include your name, the title of the work, whether you desire an original, reproduction or custom artwork and your shipping information.  Upon receipt of your purchase request, Jada-Art Inc. will invoice you the appropriate amount.  Shipment will occur upon receipt of payment.

Order Cancellations:  Orders for Original Artwork and Reproductions can be canceled prior to shipment.  All orders for Custom Artwork are final.  Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment has taken place.

Shipping & Handling:  Items will be shipped within several business days from the time your payment is received, except in the case of checks, when the check clears.  A shipping and handling fee will be charged based on the weight and size of your particular painting and your location.  All shipping and handling fees will be outlined in your invoice.  Paintings are wrapped to ensure safe transit and to prevent damage.  The package will require a signature upon delivery to ensure receipt.  Once shipping is processed I will send you an email with a tracking number so that you can check its progress.
 
Satisfaction Guaranteed:  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  You will be fully refunded if painting is returned in its original condition.  Please keep in mind that s/h fees are nonrefundable.

Returns:  To make a return, please notify me of your intention to return painting, rewrap it in its original packaging, and mail it back to return address.  For your protection please obtain a tracking number and insure your package for the full purchase price since a refund cannot be issued if the painting is damaged or lost.  A refund will be issued within 7 business days or less upon receipt of the returned painting in its original condition.
